Summary
The *Pathway to Work* Personalised Support Programme operates on a rolling basis, running from November to April 2026 and again from April to August, continuing in cycles throughout the year.
We deliver a total of 10 sessions per participant, with ESOL classes as the primary focus and employability training as a secondary component. Sessions are held in Sheffield and Rotherham, South Yorkshire, and are designed for small groups of 5 to 10 learners. The programme offers over 100 hours of support, delivered on weekdays with flexible scheduling available to suit participants’ needs.
