Summary

Kinaxia Logistics & Fulfilment are recruiting a Stock Admin & Invoicing Manager to join their team at their site in Snetterton.

• Monday - Friday

About the Job:

• Manage day-to-day office administration, including correspondence, filing, and record keeping in a timely efficient manner;
• Answer and direct queries promptly and in a professional manner providing accurate information to ensure excellent customer service is being delivered;
• Prepare reports, schedules, and documentation to support management decisions;
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, and internal communication across teams to ensure the smooth running of the department;
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
• Monitor, manage, and maintain accurate stock levels across all sites to support accurate inventory records;
• Communicate with the warehouse and other internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day maintenance of stock control;
• Implement and maintain stock control systems to minimize discrepancies, waste, or loss;
• Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and reconciliations to ensure accurate data is maintained;
• Liaise with Customers regarding purchase orders, deliveries, and returns to ensure we provide a best in class service to our customers;
• Prepare, issue, and track invoices in line with company procedures to ensure data accuracy and reporting;
• Work closely with finance to reconcile accounts and resolve invoicing queries to minimize loss to the business;
• Assist with the development and motivation of staff to create a workforce with the relevant skill set, where potential is being developed, effective succession plans are in place and employees are contributing to the overall performance of the business;

Your knowledge and experience:

• Proven experience in administration, stock control, and invoicing/finance support.
• Stock management software

• Bonded Experience
