Our client is an electro-mechanical engineering company providing a fast, comprehensive, and cost-effective service to the railway industry. Established in 1995, they are now a leading force in the overhauling of components and products from all types of rolling stock throughout the UK.
They’re looking for a skilled, hands-on Paint Sprayer to join their experienced team in Ingatestone. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft, enjoys working with precision, and wants to be part of a team that values quality and reliability.
Are you the right person for the job?
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in spraying (ideally both metal and plastics)
• A high standard of workmanship and strong attention to detail
• The ability to work independently using your own initiative, as well as within a small team
• A good standard of spoken English
• To live within a commutable distance of Ingatestone – ideally within 30 minutes (up to 45 minutes considered for the right candidate)
• The right to work in the UK (we are not able to offer sponsorship)
What will your role look like?
• Working within a busy and vibrant environment on a range of components
• Using airless and air-assisted spraying techniques
• Preparing spray guns before use and cleaning after spraying
• Following Health & Safety requirements at all times
• Ensuring precision, consistency, and a quality finish on every project

Interview Process
