Skilled Cabinet Maker & Fitter - Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week (8am–4:30pm)
We are a high-end bespoke kitchen and furniture company located just outside Henley-on-Thames in Oxfordshire. With a strong reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and design, we are now seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cabinet Maker to join our talented workshop team.
About the Role:
As a Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for crafting bespoke kitchens and fine furniture to the highest standards. Working from detailed technical drawings, you will help bring unique, custom-designed pieces to life with precision and care.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A minimum of 5 years’ workshop experience in high-quality joinery or cabinet making
Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of craftsmanship
The ability to interpret technical drawings accurately
Confidence in using a range of hand tools, bench tools, and woodworking machinery
Strong organisational and communication skills
A proactive, team-oriented mindset as well as the ability to work independently
Experience in fitting kitchens and furniture
Additional Requirements:
Due to our rural location, a valid driver’s licence and own transport are essential
