Summary

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Women's Minister to join our leadership team and guide the spiritual growth and engagement of women within our congregation. This is a dynamic role for a visionary leader who is passionate about discipleship, community building, and ministry excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Women's Ministry Leadership
• Prepare and lead weekly Sunday Bible lessons tailored for women.
• Coordinate and mentor other women leaders and teachers within the ministry.
• Plan and oversee annual events, including:
o Women’s Week
o Women’s Easter Celebration
o Women’s Christmas Program
o Missions and Outreach Events
• Arrange and support women’s christenings, baptisms, and communion services.
• Communicate regularly with the Resident Pastor regarding ministry direction, needs, and development.
Women's Worship & Engagement
• Oversee the Women's Worship Team, including:
o Facilitating weekly worship programs
o Recruiting and supporting volunteers
• Organise monthly activities for women and/or families participating in the ministry.
• Build positive, lasting relationships with women in the congregation and their families.
Skills and Qualifications
• Proven ability to prepare and lead engaging Bible lessons and worship sessions for women.
• Strong organisational skills for planning and executing ministry events.
• Excellent communication skills with women, families, volunteers, and church leadership.
• Warm relational approach to foster trust and connection within the community.
• Creative mindset for designing fun, faith-filled activities and lessons.
• Conflict resolution skills and emotional intelligence to manage ministry challenges.
• Collaborative spirit to work effectively with other leaders and volunteers.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving ministry needs.
• Deep passion for nurturing women’s spiritual growth and well-being.
• Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
• Formal qualification in Theology, Religious Studies, Education, or related fields.
• Additional certifications in safeguarding, first aid, or religious education are a plus.
• Prior experience in women’s ministry, education, or similar roles.
