Summary
Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Temporary Receptionist for our client based in Dalmarnock.
Role Overview:
This is a short-term temporary opportunity for an experienced and professional individual to provide front-of-house support. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception service. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service background looking for an immediate, short-term assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and directing incoming calls in a polite and professional manner.
Meeting and greeting all visitors to the premises.
Booking and arranging meeting rooms as required.
Carrying out general administration tasks to support the wider team.
Ensuring the reception area is maintained to a high standard.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a receptionist, administration, or customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional and friendly manner.
Confident with general IT systems and Microsoft Office packages.
Able to start immediately and commit to the full week.
Offering:
Temporary one-week assignment starting immediately.
Monday to Thursday: 8am – 5pm, Friday: 8am – 4pm.
