As a talk²sort Mediator, you’ll be at the heart of meaningful change. You’ll work directly with vulnerable children, young people, and their parents, facing family conflict, often at a critical point where things could spiral into homelessness, poor mental health, or social isolation. You’ll be part of a dynamic Mediation Service focused on early intervention and prevention, improving emotional wellbeing, strengthening relationships, and building resilience. You’ll handle referrals, connect with clients and professionals, and be a trusted guide through difficult times.
