About the Role
As Learning Disabilities Service Manager / Care Home Manager, you will:
Oversee and develop two supported living services for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
Lead and motivate a committed care team to deliver exceptional, person-centred support.
Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and maintain excellent care quality.
Manage staffing, budgets, care planning, and day-to-day operations effectively.
Promote a positive, active, and engaging environment for all service users.
