We are looking for a HR Content Editor to join our client who are recognised as an economic regulator within the financial services industry.
You will play a pivotal part in refreshing and redesigning the overall HR digital customer journey for internal stakeholders, including enhancements to our HR systems. You will be responsible for creating, improving, and managing user-centred digital HR content that aligns with user needs-contributing to key initiatives such as the refresh of the client's Employee Handbook and HR knowledge articles.
Using data and evidence, you'll identify user needs, map journeys and user stories, and inform content strategy and design decisions. You'll design intuitive digital HR user journeys and logical navigation across our content library, ensuring alignment with approved digital standards. Building strong relationships with HR stakeholders will be essential, as you influence and collaborate to elevate the structure and quality of digital content.
Who we're looking for:
- Experience in designing content to meet user needs, making complex language easy to understand
- Experience of using data, research and evidence to review and evaluate content
- Experience in writing, editing and publishing digital content
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
