Job Duties:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons to students
• Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
Required Qualifications:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Degree in English or related field
• Excellent knowledge of the English curriculum
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in English or related field
Experience:
Previous experience teaching English to students
Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Passion for teaching and helping students succeed
Preferred Qualifications:
• Postgraduate qualification in Education
• Experience working with students with special educational needs
Working Conditions:
The role involves working in a school setting, following the academic calendar. Full-time hours are expected, with occasional participation in extra-curricular activities and events.
