Summary
For a 16 year old girl, Location South Benfleet, Essex
Core Hours: Tues 3-8pm, Weds 10-8pm, Fri 3-8pm, Every other Sat 11-8pm, Sun 3-8pm
Additional Hours through school holidays will be required and the occasional overnight stays when fully trained.
I am looking for a compassionate, flexible and enthusiastic support work to assist my daughter, who has medically complex needs. She is:
● A full time wheelchair user
● Living with Cerebral Palsy
● Fitted with a shunt and VNS (for epilepsy control)
● Dependent on a PEG for fluids and medication
The role would include taking her out into the community, the many activities she loves are Bowling, Messy Play, Swimming, Music and dining out at her favourite pubs, restaurants and cafes. She has a wonderful lovable personality that makes her a joy to be around.
I am looking for an experienced Support Worker, with SEN experience, specifically medically complex and physical disabilities in children. Must be calm, reliable, flexible and patient.
Essential Requirements are:
Driving licence
Holds or is willing to obtain a full DBS
