The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced General Foreman to join the team on a major project in Norfolk. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of one of the UK’s fastest-growing contractors, known for its dynamic and entrepreneurial approach, clear career progression, and proactive employee engagement.
Job Purpose
You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll play a key role in supporting project teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring site priorities align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations on civil engineering and energy projects

Manage labour, plant, and materials effectively to achieve project goals

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Maintain excellent client and stakeholder relationships

Support and guide site teams to deliver high-quality results

Utilise IT systems for reporting and project management tasks

Be available to travel within the Anglia region as required
Key Requirements (Essential)

Proven experience managing small earthworks packages

Strong background in labour, plant, and material management

Excellent understanding of site health and safety management

IT literate with good communication and leadership skills

Flexibility to travel across the Anglia region
