About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commis Chef to join our culinary team at Great Western Hospital. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
- Completing food safety and health & safety documentation
- Labelling food in accordance with PPDS regulations
- Supporting the Head Chef and assisting porters with deliveries
- Maintaining cleanliness in the working area
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in food safety and kitchen preparation
- Level 2 Food Hygiene training or equivalent
- Knowledge of allergen management and labelling standards
