About the RoleAs a Customer Host, you'll be the face of our workplace, delivering seamless front-of-house services and ensuring every customer interaction is warm, professional, and memorable. You'll manage daily operations across reception, helpdesk, conference areas, and shared workspaces, supporting the Workplace Experience Manager and driving continuous improvement across NESO.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience & Front-of-House Excellence
-Deliver a professional meet-and-greet service, ensuring every visitor feels valued and informed.

-Champion NESO workplace etiquettes and educate users on shared space principles.

-Act as a one-stop-shop for all customer queries across reception, hospitality, events, and helpdesk.

-Manage meeting rooms, AV setups, and floor plate standards to ensure optimal functionality and presentation.

-Coordinate courier deliveries, mail services, and visitor passes using Gallagher system.

-Support internal booking systems (Matrix), including training and troubleshooting.

-Provide health and safety messaging and assist with travel and car parking queries.

Operational & Service Delivery
-Monitor and close helpdesk tickets (165s) promptly and accurately.

-Maintain stock levels, enforce clear desk policies, and ensure workspace cleanliness and readiness.

-Refill multifunctional devices and perform first-line fixes.

-Collaborate with onsite teams to resolve technical issues and deliver consistent service.

-Support event coordination and setup across the site.

Health & Safety
-Complete all required training, e-learning, and toolbox talks.

-Report incidents, near misses, and safety concerns via IMS and to your line manager.

-Promote safe working practices and contribute to a secure workplace.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.

-Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
