The Role
As the Early Years Educator/Practitioner , you will be part of the team in delivering exceptional care and learning opportunities for babies and young children . This role combines dynamic, child-led educational activities with creativity, all underpinned by a deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
Hold at least a Level 3 Early Years qualification and have extensive experience working with babies and young children within the EYFS framework.
Possess strong team work skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a passionate and energetic team.
Be naturally nurturing and empathetic, ensuring every young children in your care feels loved, safe, and valued.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, fostering warm and effective partnerships with parents and colleagues.
Be a creative thinker, bringing fresh ideas to enhance our learning environments and experiences.
Thrive in a collaborative team environment where passion for early years education is shared and celebrated.
