Summary

Class 2 (C) Driver – Waste Management Industry

Lcation: Edinburgh EH Area

Pay: £14.04 per hour | £21.06 per hour (Overtime after 40 hours)
Hours: Full-time, ongoing position | Weekly pay

Hunter Professional Scotland continues to expand, and we’re seeking an experienced Class 2 (C) Driver to join one of our long-standing clients – a respected leader in the waste management and environmental services industry.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:



Attend full site induction and complete all training as required.

Conduct and record daily vehicle checks to ensure compliance and safety.

Deliver an exceptional level of customer service on every route.

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of your vehicle and working area.

Adhere to all Health & Safety and site operational procedures.

Work collaboratively with management and team members to meet daily targets.

Carry out any other duties reasonably required to support site operations.



Requirements:

Valid Class 2 (Category C) Driving Licence.

Maximum of 6 points on licence (no DR, DD, or IN convictions).

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Reliable, punctual, and professional approach.

Strong commitment to safety and operational standards.

Knowledge of the Edinburgh and Central Belt areas is advantageous.

Willingness to start early and occasionally work weekends.
