Summary
We are seeking a CCAB-qualified leader with a proven track record of success at a senior level in the NHS or wider public sector. You will bring: Exceptional financial leadership and influencing skills. The ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Experience of working in financially challenged environments, including delivering cost improvements and recovery plans. Strategic thinking and the ability to translate priorities into clear financial goals and outcomes. Political acumen and credibility to represent and champion the Trust across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for either an established Director of Finance or a highly experienced Deputy CFO seeking their next step. You will join a dynamic, evolving environment where you can make a tangible impact and shape the future of healthcare delivery in the region.
