Derby College Group (DCG) are recruiting for Sessional IQA of Beauty to join our Beauty Team at The Roundhouse Campus. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead quality assurance across a vibrant and creative beauty curriculum.
The Opportunity
This is a pivotal opportunity to lead and shape the Internal Quality Assurance process for Beauty qualifications and apprenticeships across all levels. You’ll ensure compliance with Awarding Organisations and EPAOs, support and mentor assessors, and drive continuous improvement. With scope to influence curriculum quality, manage EQA visits, and uphold high standards, this role is ideal for a proactive professional passionate about excellence in vocational education.

About You
You’re a qualified Beauty Therapy professional with a Level 3 or higher in Beauty Therapy and at least a Level 2 in Nails. You bring a strong understanding of IQA and EQA processes within beauty education, alongside excellent planning, mentoring, and communication skills. Confident using digital systems and e-portfolios, you’re passionate about raising standards and supporting assessors and learners across a range of beauty qualifications and apprenticeship pathways.
