What Will Your Day Look Like?

In this role, you will ensure that all design outputs are delivered accurately and on schedule, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance as well as playing a key role in the day-to-day operations of the Design and Technical Department. You’ll also be:

Managing, producing, checking and advising on the Working Drawings for the Region.
Ensuring agreed programmes for the delivery of working drawings is met by the respective team members.
Dealing with enquiries from regional Technical and Construction Teams and supporting them where possible.
Ensuring that all design work complies with the Company’s standards and National Building Regulations.
Promoting design solutions that respects budgetary constraints.
Supporting the Group Architectural Director and Group Development and Technical Director by attending management meetings and providing associated reports as necessary.

What You'll Need To Succeed:

Previous experience in a housebuilder’s design and technical department with some managerial experience.
Relevant degree or equivalent qualification (min HNC).
Enthusiastic, dynamic, and determined to deliver quality projects.
Ability to use AutoCAD in a professional environment.
To work accurately and co-ordinate a variety of roles.
CIAT qualification or RIBA part1-2. (Desirable)
Experience managing residential projects independently. (Desirable)
