Summary
Complex Care Support - Part time
Area: Selby
Salary: Days £15.00
Hours: 10 hours
Times: 9am-2pm x 2 days a week
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to provide care for a young child within his family home. The role involves working shifts with a child with complex clinical needs.
The child is 11 months old and has a tracheostomy, he is vented 24/7 and has other complex health needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive clinical care, administering medication, and providing personal care. In addition, the role includes engaging the child in sensory play and supporting social interaction to promote his overall development and quality of life.
We are looking for someone who is calm, caring, and easy-going, with a genuine passion for helping children live life to the fullest.

Experience in care work or a willingness to learn
Full UK driving licence preferred
To work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
Tracheostomy management
Ventilator management
Personal care including washing, dressing
Feeding tube
Moving & Handling
Medication administration
All aspects of care and daily living
Clinical interventions as required , full training and ongoing support is provided by our clinical team
