The Role
As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team to meet and exceed targets. You’ll handle customer enquiries, process orders, and build lasting relationships with clients. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
Key responsibilities include:
Responding to customer enquiries and preparing quotes.
Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Supporting the sales team with day-to-day coordination tasks.
Building relationships with existing and new customers.
Identifying new sales opportunities and upselling where appropriate.
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll be someone who loves working with people and enjoys being at the centre of a busy team.
You’ll bring:
Experience in a sales support, administration, or customer service role.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
