We’re looking for a ‘hands-on’ SEO Manager to join our wider Digital team. This is your opportunity to play a vital role in shaping how millions of customers discover and engage with our brands online.
This role can be offered on a hybrid basis working a minimum of 2 days a week from our Croxley Park office in Watford.
About the Role
As the SEO Manager, you’ll take ownership of optimising our online presence to ensure our beautiful products are found by the right customers at the right time. You’ll use your technical expertise and analytical mindset to increase rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance conversion across our digital platforms.
Working closely with our eCommerce, Content, and Marketing teams, you’ll help deliver a best-in-class search experience that connects people to the perfect piece of jewellery for life’s special moments.
About You
You’ll bring both technical SEO skill and creative insight, along with a passion for delivering results:
- Proven experience as an SEO Executive (or similar role) with measurable success in improving organic rankings, traffic, and revenue.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and hands-on experience with tools such as Deep Crawl, Screaming Frog, Searchmetrics, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Webmaster Tools.
- Confident using CMS platforms to upload and optimise content.
- Skilled in using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to measure performance and inform strategy.
- Analytical thinker with strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented yet able to see the big picture and align your work with business goals.
- Organised, proactive, and results-focused — with a collaborative approach and excellent communication skills.
