Summary
SMART Repairer required for our Client’s Prestige Dealership located in Bedford.
Working as a SMART Repairer for our Client you can expect a salary of £33,500 basic with an OTE of circa £39,500 with the working hours of Monday to Friday – 7:30am till 4:00pm. Flexibility on hours is available.
Benefits:
- Basic salary of £33,500 + performance-related bonuses (circa £6,000).
- Flexible working hours – early starts or extended shifts available.
- Optional Saturday overtime, paid at an enhanced rate.
- Full training provided for alloy and diamond-cut refurbishments.
- All tools and equipment supplied on-site.
Duties:
- Repairing damaged vehicles in line with the Manufacturer’s specifications
- Carrying out Smart Repairs
- Following safety procedures
- Detecting and diagnosing any additional faults for further repair
- Interacting with colleagues and customers to discuss repair work carried out.
Requirements:
- You will have a recognised qualification in a SMART repair capacity
- Confident at completing alloy wheel repairs.
- You will have a previous working experience in the role within a busy bodyshop
- The ability to produce a high quality of SMART repair from start to finish.
- ATA qualification is desirable
