What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with Directors and Managers to deliver forward-thinking people strategies that directly support business success
- Leading the way on change management, talent planning, engagement, and organisational design
- Coaching and empowering managers to be great leaders, building a positive workplace culture and boosting retention
- Managing employee relations with confidence and fairness, in line with employment law
- Using data and insights to drive smarter, people-focused solutions
- Support sites across the South West Region & One Site in Clyde, Scotland (Remote Support. 2/3 Site Visits Per Year)
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has proven experience as a People Partner or equivalent senior HR role
- Can confidently deliver on change projects (restructures, TUPE, engagement, reward)
- Understands the commercial landscape and can balance strategic and hands-on responsibilities
- Is a strong communicator, coach, and influencer at every level
- Brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and thrives in a fast-moving environment
