Summary
Sales Negotiator - Estate Agent
Location: Ormskirk
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + £10,000 OTE Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5:00pm | One Saturday per month (10:00am - 3:00pm)
Are you a confident and ambitious sales professional with a passion for property? Join a thriving estate agency in Ormskirk as a Sales Negotiator, where you'll play a key role in driving property sales and delivering outstanding service to clients.
Your Role:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and landlords
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales to secure the best outcomes
- Manage a portfolio of properties from initial instruction through to completion
- Work towards individual and team sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in property sales, lettings, or a target-driven sales role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for closing deals
- Full UK driving licence
- Local knowledge of Ormskirk and surrounding areas (desirable)
