Pay Rate: £12.62 per hour (Overtime: £18.91 per hour)

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Food Production Operative, you will be working as part of a line team preparing Smoked, Infused, and Fresh Salmon products to meet specific customer orders and high-quality standards.
Shift: Monday to Friday 09:30 - 14:30
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and packing salmon products to customer specifications
Working efficiently on a production line in a chilled environment
Maintaining hygiene, health, and safety standards
Meeting production deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Following company food safety and quality procedures
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in food processing or factory work is ideal, but not essential (full training provided)
Candidates from manual work backgrounds are welcome
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
Ability to work in a physical, hands-on role
Flexible attitude to changing shift patterns or business needs
Team player with a willingness to learn and develop
