Summary
Our brand-new client, based in St. Neots, is seeking a Production Planner / Supervisor to join them on a full-time permanent basis working 8am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
As Production Planner / Supervisor, you will be responsible for producing and maintaining the company production plan, working closing with other internal departments and teams, manage workflows, provide guidance on production sequencing and methods, risk assessment, provide clear communication on production needs across the business, drive continuous improvement on processes, efficiency and scrappage reduction, monitor product production, problem solving, ensure material availability collaboration with supply chain, ensure quality control and quality assurance is adhered to across your teams.
To be considered for the role of Production Planner / Supervisor, you will have previous team supervision experience in a production environment, ability to read and understand CAD designs, ideally experienced with Sage MRP or similar and confident with planning tools and Excel, you will have strong and effective communication skills and a strong background in sheet metal manufacturing is essential (ideally having worked from shop floor up).
In return, for the role of Production Planner / Supervisor, our client is offering a starting salary up to £45,000, 25 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays, access to company bonus scheme, BUPA healthcare, pension.
