Summary
This is a key leadership role within the Midhurst Macmillan Service, where youll oversee the delivery of high-quality palliative and end-of-life care across the community. Youll lead a skilled multidisciplinary team, providing expert clinical oversight and supporting staff through supervision, mentorship, and reflective practice. Youll be responsible for managing complex patient care, ensuring services are safe, responsive, and person-centred. Youll contribute to service development, governance, and strategic planning, working closely with GPs, hospices, acute trusts, and voluntary sector partners to ensure joined-up care pathways and equitable access.
