About the role
We are keen to recruit a Multi-Trade Plumber, to work for our In-House plumbing department. This role involves carrying out plumbing repairs and planned maintenance to our housing stock within Plymouth and surrounding areas. This role may also include some water hygiene compliance duties such as legionella risk assessments and planned maintenance work.
Applicants will preferably have completed a recognised Plumbing Apprenticeship and have experience in water hygiene and legionella control. The role requires a full driving licence and relevant essential criteria as per the Person Specification in the Job Description.
Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
Has completed a recognised apprenticeship in plumbing
Has a full driving licence
Can plan and manage own workload to achieve deadlines and targets
