Knowledge/Skills:
- Use equipment provided to carefully trim salmon fillets, ensuring removal of skin, bones, brown meat and discoloured or excess parts
- Carrying out scheduled daily production tasks including general manual handling duties and handling of raw materials
- Maintain equipment and workstation standards in line with production hygiene and 5s expectations
- Ensuring that all paperwork is correctly completed where required
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in line with Health & Safety and Food Safety
- Reporting any incidents or environmental concerns to your line manager
Experience/Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of hygiene standards in a food production environment
- Health and Safety awareness in the workplace
- Previous experience in food production or processing environment is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.

- Reliable and punctual with a strong ethic
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards and product quality
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
