Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for candidates with relevant school-based experience to join our friendly team at Elmwood Infant and Nursery School.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with children in the Early Years and Key Stage 1 and be able to demonstrate an understanding of the strategies and approaches needed to support children in achieving their best.
Have good literacy and numeracy shills and the equivalent of at least a Level 2 NVQ qualification in each area (or evidence of having passed the school's basic skills test to a high standard).
Be an effective communicator, able to relate well to adults and children.
Skills, flexibility and enthusiasm to work with children with SEND in either EYFS or KS1.
