Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

Due to very high student recruitment in BTEC Engineering we have an urgent need to secure an excellent, BTEC experienced, Business Teacher to support the delivery of our Engineering Business units along with our general BTEC Business and Business subjects.

Depending on qualifications and experience, opportunities may exist to deliver as part of our other Business related courses.

Aston University Engineering Academy and Sixth form (AUEA) is a specialist University Technical college sponsored by Aston University. Our specialisms align direct with Aston University including with their world leading Aston Business School. With the Midlands growth demand for Business related roles rapidly accelerating, at Aston University Sixth Form our curriculum has grown to include: T levels in Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Jewellery Business, A level Business and our BTEC's in Business, and Engineering Business (units).As well as our own outstanding facilities, our location next to our sponsor Aston University means that we can access resources, and teaching and learning spaces like no other school.
