About the Role of Project Quantity Surveyor:
Exciting freelance opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on a Hotel in London, offering a competitive day rate/salary.
An opportunity has arisen for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable fit out/refurbishment and cut and carve company to working on a mixture of residential, education, leisure or retails scheme in London, valued up to £25M. The role is site-based, with potential flexibility for some remote working.
You will be joining a market-leading team, supporting the commercial and construction departments and working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager. This is a long-term role, Temp to Perm position.
Our client is well-regarded for delivering high-quality residential projects across Central London and is seeking a Quantity Surveyor who is confident, detail-oriented, and capable of working on dry lining projects.
The ideal candidate for Project Quantity Surveyor:
- Strong experience interior and refurbishment projects/packages
- Proven subcontractor or main contracting experience
- Ability to manage budgets, cost control, and subcontractor packages
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work collaboratively within a close-knit team
