Summary
Job Title: Lunchtime Supervisor
Actual Annual Salary: £3,664 - £3,741 Based on hours and weeks worked.Full Time Equivalent Salary: £24,310 - £24,819 (CLF Grade Ai) Based on 37 hours per week, all year round.
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Part-Time, 6.67 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Term time only.
Additional role info: Working Pattern - Monday to Friday 1hr 20 mins per day.

We are looking for a passionate Lunchtime Supervisor to join our supportive and talented 13 member team at Herons Moor Academy.
As part of a growing and ambitious organisation, we’re seeking someone who is professional, reliable, and committed to helping create a safe and positive lunchtime experience for all our pupils.Under the direction of senior staff, the Lunchtime Supervisor will work as a part of a team to supervise and support students during the lunchtime break. They will be expected to ensure the safety, proper conduct, and general welfare of students during this period. At all times, the post holder will be expected to work collaboratively with relevant colleagues to fulfil the requirements of the role and contribute positively to the effective running of the lunchtime period within the academyYou will have: • good relationship-building skills and able to proactively engage with students and other staff members.
• strong interpersonal skills, in particular demonstrates empathy and active listening.
• the ability to deal with inappropriate behaviour in a calm and non-judgemental way, following academy guidance.
• patience, be calm and be able to work under pressure
• positive values and attitudes in order to be a role model to our students.
