Summary

- The professional development programme will mirror the programme at Whitmore High School which received two case studies in its recent inspection, one for outstanding professional development.
- The Whitmore High School professional development lead has joined Pencoedtre to ensure new staff receive the very best support. They are fully supported by two outstanding lead practitioners who will work extensively with new staff.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking Learning Support Assistant to work with learners that need support to develop strategies to improve their engagement and their progress in school. The successful candidate will be joining an enthusiastic, committed, supportive and solution-focused team within the KS4 Hwb.
We continue, as a school, to make innovative changes to continue our drive for school improvement and maximise the opportunities for the children and young people in our school. 32.5 hrs per week x 39 weeks - Term time only and will include inset days
