Location: Chard
Pay Rate: £14.66 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN
- Assist in the implementation of individual education plans
- Support classroom activities and help maintain a positive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff
- Promote inclusion and encourage independence in students
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred)
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
