Summary
Job Opportunity: Multi-Skilled Engineer (Mechanical Bias)
Location: OX14 4RY
Duration: Temporary - 3 to 4 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 (1-hour lunch break)
Type: Full-time, no regular overtime
We're currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer with a mechanical bias to join a site-based team in OX14. This is a temporary role lasting approximately 3-4 months, ideal for someone with hands-on experience and a strong mechanical background.
What We're Looking For:
- Mechanical trade qualifications or completed apprenticeship (City & Guilds accepted)
- Ideally has lead or supervisory experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable and punctual with a proactive attitude
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
- Supporting site operations with mechanical expertise
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Assisting with minor installations and repairs
