Good understanding of ESR and workforce systems Strong people analytics and reporting experience Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills A passion for using data to drive meaningful change A strategic mindset, with experience of contributing to long-term workforce planning and organisational decision-making. An interest in people data and the HR function, and how analytics can support better people outcomes Proficiency with Excel functions (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables), and using Power BI or similar data visualisation tools The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
