Key aspects of the role:
- Working with the senior teams to deliver Social Housing frameworks and understand the industry.
- Regularly visit sites to track progress, record variations, and support cost reconciliation to keep void refurbishments and regeneration projects within budget.
- Assist in budgeting and tracking costs for phased regeneration works, ensuring value for money while meeting community and housing standards.
- Assess and estimate costs for bringing empty (void) properties back to a habitable standard, including repairs, compliance upgrades, and redecoration.
What you'll need:
- Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent
- 2-4 years' experience Quantity Surveying
- UK Driving Licence
- Experience in refurbishment, ideally Social Housing.
- Right to work in the UK
