Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking estate agency with a stellar local reputation, is on the hunt for an experienced Property Manager to take charge of a growing residential portfolio in beautiful Cheltenham.
This role is the heartbeat of the business - connecting landlords, tenants, and contractors to make sure every home is well cared for and every client feels supported.
What You'll Be Doing-
Taking ownership of your own portfolio of residential properties.

Coordinating maintenance, compliance checks, and safety certificates (because no one likes a last-minute boiler panic!).

Carrying out inspections, check-outs, and deposit returns - with a keen eye for detail.

Managing rent arrears and keeping landlords in the loop.

Liaising with trusted contractors, approving invoices, and keeping tidy records.

Building strong, friendly, and professional relationships with landlords and tenants alike.

Proven property management experience (3+ years preferred).

A confident communicator who handles challenges with calm professionalism.

Superb organisational skills - you're the kind of person who actually enjoys ticking off a to-do list.

Good knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance.

Tech-savvy with experience using property management software/CRMs.

Full UK driving licence (essential).
