What We're Looking For:
- Minimum Age: 21 years old
- Flexibility: Willingness to work unsocial hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays
- Compassion and Empathy: A genuine desire to care for and support vulnerable young people
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
- Disclosure and Barring Service Check: Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check paid by us!
