Summary
We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team.
THE ROLE: To welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Manage appointment bookings and paient records using our digital system [ training provided].
Handle phone and email enquires efficiently.
Provide general administrative support to the clinical team.
WHAT WERE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Excellent comminication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Comfortable using basic IT systems [ Training Provided ].
Previous experience in reception work is desirable but not essential.
Reliability and flexibility to provide cover when needed.
