Summary

Temporary contract - 24 months.
Full time – 37 hours per week.

Are you passionate about delivering efficient and secure ICT services? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your technical skills make a real difference? We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused ICT Support Officer to join our team and help drive the Council’s digital capabilities forward.

What you’ll be doing:

• Be the first point of contact on the ICT Service Desk, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage user authentication and access control, ensuring secure and authorised access.
• Lead day-to-day ICT procurement, from sourcing quotes to managing inventories.
• Manage Print Room operations and day to day backup processes.
• Provide expert advice and support to ICT users across the organisation.
