Summary

Aston University is a globally connected institution which has seen significant success in recent years in building its international profile and international student recruitment numbers in select target markets.



Reporting to the Global Operations and Major Projects Manager, the Global Operations Officer post is located within an established Global Operations team, which will support the maintenance and continuous development of a customer centric approach to international student recruitment and partnerships, through the development and delivery of sector leading sales process infrastructure. The role-holder will support the development and smooth running of processes and projects in the agreed areas, such as scholarships and sponsorship relationship management and CRM implementation support. They will also be responsible for supporting day-to-day running of BAU (Business As Usual) office processes and operations, working to agreed deadlines.



Educated to a degree level, you will have a track record of building and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, organising events, or delivering projects in a diverse organisation, ideally in international education sector.

You will be customer focused and understand the vital importance of supporting and maintaining well managed and efficient processes in providing excellent customer service to a wide range of stakeholders, both external and internal.

A strong team player with excellent people skills, you will have a track record of working in a busy office environment maintaining high level of efficiency and accuracy.



You will work collaboratively across the wider international team, Marketing, Recruitment & Communications directorate and broader university.
