The Conversion Lead (International Pathways & Partnerships) will play a critical role in delivering the University’s 2030 global engagement strategy, driving growth in student recruitment and engagement through our international pathways and partnerships. The role holder will design and execute targeted conversion initiatives to increase the number of students transitioning onto Aston’s programmes from our diverse global partnerships, with an initial emphasis on the OnCampus Aston (CEG) international foundation cohort.
