Summary
Please do read Job Description document Our Band 3 HCA will be part of a MDT comprising of peer support workers, social workers, psychologists, nurses, psychiatrists and other allied health professionals. They will be expected to lead the ward on a day to day basis and provide guidance to junior members of staff, whilst being a role model in demonstrating our trust values. Comprehensive support will be offered to the post holders including professional and clinical supervision, as well as access to the leadership development opportunities offered by NLFT.
