Summary
Some roles in probation require employees to have access to additional intelligence systems that require a higher level of vetting. An example of this, is the multi-agency ‘Visor’ system. If you are applying for a role that requires you to access systems such as Visor, you will be expected to undertake additional vetting for this once you commence in post, in addition to the pre-employment checks.
The post-holder is required to hold a minimum of NEBOSH General Certificate or NVQ equivalent or be working towards it. It is recognised that not all candidates will hold technical qualifications and consideration will be given to those who have knowledge/experience in H&S,F and are willing to work towards the qualifications. However, the qualifications must be achieved within 2 years of employment. Will be expected to be formally trained in Sphera.
