Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Programme Manager to lead a major Pharmacy Digital Transformation Programme, transitioning from legacy systems to the Epic electronic patient record (EPR), shaping the future of Pharmacy operations at CUH.
You will provide strategic leadership, oversee complex workstreams, and deliver robust project plans, governance and risk management. Working with digital, pharmacy, clinical, and finance teams, you will design and implement innovative digital workflows, integrate internal and external systems and report progress to senior members of the CUH team.

As Programme Manager, you will:
• Provide strategic leadership and programme oversight, developing and managing robust project plans, governance structures, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead the design, implementation, testing and validation of the new digital workflows in collaboration with digital, pharmacy, and clinical teams.
• Coordinate programme deliverables across complex workstreams and ensure successful integration with internal systems and external suppliers.
• Engage a broad range of stakeholders, including pharmacy leadership, IT, finance, clinicians, third-party providers, and national bodies.
• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and evaluation of the pharmacy digital transformation business case.
• Deliver regular progress reporting to senior stakeholders including the Chief Information Officer and Chief Pharmacist, and represent the programme at executive and national forums.
• Lead a team responsible for project delivery.
