Summary
Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Part time Customer Support Executive to join a progressive company based in Luton.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 1.30 pm to 5.30 pm.
Essential Skills:
• Previous experience in a customer service / customer support office based role is essential
• Must have strong verbal and written comunication skills
• IT literate in MS Word
• Good attention to detail
• Team player
The Role:
• You will be dealing with customer queries on the phone relating to products and services provided by the company
• Updating the data base with all relevant details
• All other admin tasks as required
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
