Summary
We are currently working with a Education provider based in SW11 who are on the lookout for an Experienced Estates Operative
Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-3:00pm
Salary: £29,000 per annu
You'll help with event setups, basic maintenance, porterage, security, and statutory checks like fire alarm and legionella testing. You'll also be responsible for opening the school, and occasional out-of-hours support (paid overtime) may be required.
What we're looking for:

A practical, hands-on person with a full, clean driving licence
•
Basic maintenance and Health & Safety knowledge
•
Great teamwork, problem-solving skills, and reliability
•
Experience in a similar estates or facilities role is a plus
